WHEN SHOULD I HIRE A BOOKKEEPER?
Sooner is always better but we say it is never too late! We have an onboarding team that helps with your books set up if you are a brand new company or if your books need to be reviewed, cleaned up or caught up.
WHAT IS YOUR CLIENT ONBOARDING PROCESS?
We have a team that solely works on making sure our onboarding process as seamless as possible. Here is what you can expect during onboarding.
- Proposal is prepared and sent to client for their review.
- Proposal is accepted by client.
- Proposal payment is made by client.
- Within 24 hours of payment; you will receive an email from our onboarding team with the next steps.
- Clean up begins - during the onboarding process, you will be contacted if we have any questions. When we're done with the clean up, you will receive a packet with the final reports for you to review. These reports will be detailed so that you have all the information you need to review without being a QuickBooks expert.
- You'll send us back any changes to be made, we'll get them done, and VOILA! You'll have a brand new set up financial books you can enjoy.
- We'll then continue maintaining your bookkeeping on a monthly basis with occasional questions. And of course, if you have questions for us, we'll be here too.
WHAT BOOKKEEPING PACKAGE IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?
When determining your package, we will take a look at the overall picture of your business including but not limited to:
- Amount of monthly transactions
- Amount of bank/credit cards to be reconciled
- Payroll
- A/P
- A/R.
- This will be discussed in detail during the discovery call.
